After returning the goods to the brand in the same condition as they were sent in- unworn, and inclusive of all tags, the client will be offered the opportunity of exchanging the primeval product with a newer one which falls within the monetary range for swapped products or can redeem the store credits. The brand does not offer refund or exchange on bralettes, bodysuits, and gloves while keeping hygiene in note.
