1. Some of our items are not eligible for exchange :

Trenchcoats, Crop Top, Bralette, Bodysuit: will not be able to exchange.
Accessories: gloves, scarf, tie, etc. will not be able to exchange.
Packs: Items forming part of a pack cannot be exchanged/returned separately.
Gift Card : will not be able to exchange.
Customised pieces are not eligible for exchange.

2. Special packaging and additional accessories: Items sent with special packaging (fabric bags, special boxes, etc.) or additional accessories must be returned with said packaging or accessories.

3. Customised Orders are accepted only with Prepaid Payment.
